Chimpipi LLC · Two products
You're great at the job. The phone still rings while you're on it.
Two products. That is the list. We set up Grok Bot on the tools you already use, give it real office jobs — a morning brief, follow-up on quotes that went quiet, invoice reminders — and teach the owner. One-time setup, not a monthly receptionist. And a voice agent on a number we control, for the calls you miss. It says it is automated. It is not a person.
Based in California, working anywhere. One owner, a small team, too much admin.

Who this is for
One owner who is better on the job than in the office.
The owner
Great at the trade. Bad at the admin. Still the one who ends up doing both.
The shop
Plumbers, contractors, and businesses like that — a small crew, too much phone, not enough people.
The place
Based in California, working with shops anywhere — in person when we're close, on a video call when we're not. Either way we go through the real day-to-day.
Product two
Smart Voicemail for the calls you miss.
An automated phone assistant for the calls you cannot pick up. We scope it around your business, your common questions, and what should happen next. It identifies itself as automated, and it is not a person or an emergency service.
New real-time experience · Pilot stage
We are preparing our new real-time voice experience, with Chimpipi as the first pilot. Client rollout will follow real-call testing. Ask us about a demo and whether your workflow is a fit; there is no live voice demo on this page yet.
Talk through a pilotLess mystery. More context.
Imagine 50 missed calls.
What were they about?
Not every ring is a new job. But a name, a project and a location give you something better than a number to call back.
Smart Voicemail is the first workflow we’re preparing: collect the request, organize the details, leave the decision with you. No automatic sales pitch. No promise to close the job.
You’re on the job
A missed, busy or after-hours call follows the routing agreed with your phone provider.
Get the useful details
An openly automated assistant asks about the project, callback details, location and timing.
You choose what’s next
Review the notes. Pursue a fit, ask a question, or pass. You confirm any quote or appointment.
A preview of the idea
A project list. Not a voicemail pile.
Try the status filters below. This is an interactive illustration, not a connected inbox. Automatic note storage and delivery must be configured and tested for each pilot; nothing here saves customer records.

What could a better callback list be worth?
Illustrative scenario, not actual business results. Call volumes and estimated results are monthly; average job value is per job. The starting 50 is an editable example, not a claim about your calls today.

Hypothetical gross job value / month
$3,000Approximately 3 estimated bookings × $1,000 per jobWhat this number does, and doesn’t, mean
Missed calls × qualified share × owner-selected share × booking rate × average job value. Fractional bookings are an average scenario, not partial or confirmed jobs. Rates are your assumptions, not measured performance. Displayed figures are rounded; calculations use unrounded values.
This is gross opportunity, not profit, guaranteed revenue or revenue attributed to Smart Voicemail. Some jobs may already have come back another way. Labor, materials, taxes, the service fee and setup cost are not deducted. Do not add this to existing sales without checking for overlap. Different job types have different values and booking rates; use a representative mix or explore one type at a time.
A good first fit
Start here
- A local service business with missed calls and repeat questions
- One clear first job, such as answering approved FAQs and collecting a callback request
- An owner or team member who can follow up when a person is needed
Not emergency dispatch, sensitive advice, or a replacement for every person on your team. Start small enough to test properly.
Scope one useful job
We agree on the questions it can answer, the details it should collect, and when it must stop and refer to your team.
Test before forwarding
We check real calls, interruptions, wrong answers, and the fallback route before sending customer calls to it.
Review before expanding
Connections to your calendar, email, or CRM are scoped separately and added only after testing. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment.
New-customer pricing in USD. Existing purchased plans and their agreed terms stay unchanged. Setup, support scope, usage, and fallback are agreed in writing before activation. Thirty-day money-back on the paid plans. Not on the free week.
Try it on your calls
First week free
Seven days or 50 connected AI-call minutes, whichever comes first, once the pilot scope and routing are ready.
What this includes
- One automated assistant for one business location and one local U.S. number
- One agreed inbound-call workflow, using your approved business information
- Clear AI disclosure and a fallback agreed and tested before activation
- Up to 50 connected AI-call minutes during the seven-day trial
- No setup fee or subscription charge during the trial
What this is not
- A person
- A 911 replacement
- A promise it never misses a call
- Unlimited minutes or unapproved extra-usage charges
- Custom integrations, outbound campaigns, SMS, international or toll-free calling
- A clone of our voice. A cloned voice is an add-on quoted after the free week, with no listed price
- Thirty-day money-back — that is on the paid plans only, not the free week

- One agreed inbound-call workflow, using your approved business information
- Clear AI disclosure and a fallback agreed and tested before activation
- 500 connected AI-call minutes per month
- Basic monitoring and routine tuning within the support scope agreed in your quote

- Unlimited minutes or unapproved extra-usage charges
- Custom integrations, outbound campaigns, SMS, international or toll-free calling
- A clone of our voice. A cloned voice is an add-on quoted after the free week, with no listed price
$1,000 one-time setup
Due only if you continue after the free trial. Standard setup covers one location, one local U.S. number, one agreed intake workflow, your approved FAQs, and fallback testing. Custom workflows and integrations are quoted separately.
Clear usage, no surprise charges
Connected minutes include conversation and silence while the AI is on the call. Additional usage is $0.50 per minute only within a budget you approve. At the agreed limit, new calls follow your agreed fallback unless you approve more usage. Usage measurement and fallback controls must be tested before activation.
A custom voice — cloned — is an add-on quoted after the free week. There is no listed price for that. The default voice is not cloned from ours.
Before you hand over a call
Good questions.
Straight answers.
What Smart Voicemail is for, what stays with you, and what needs to be tested first.
How is Smart Voicemail different from ordinary voicemail?
Ordinary voicemail leaves the caller to tell the story. Our planned Smart Voicemail workflow asks a few agreed questions so the owner can review a structured request: who called, what they need, where the project is and when they want help. It is an intake assistant, not an autonomous salesperson.
Can I keep my existing business number?
That is the goal. Where your carrier supports it, conditional forwarding can route unanswered or busy calls to the assistant while you keep answering normally. After-hours routing depends on your phone system. We verify support, fees, fallback and how to turn forwarding off before a trial. Number porting is not required for our proposed trial workflow.
What information would it collect?
Only the fields agreed for your workflow, typically a name, callback contact, requested project, general location and urgency or preferred timing. It can ask approved follow-up questions, but details can be missing or wrong. Your team verifies the scope, address and availability before quoting or scheduling.
Do I decide which jobs to take?
Yes. The goal is a useful list to review, filter and mark for follow-up or pass, not a system that chooses your customers. The preview above uses fictional notes. You decide whether a project fits your service area, capacity and work preferences, then handle the follow-up.
Will notes be saved or sent to me automatically?
That is the intended pilot workflow, not a connection already running on this page. We agree where summaries go, who can access them and how long they are kept, then configure and test delivery and storage. CRM, calendar, email and other custom integrations are separate scope. The sample filters here do not save anything.
Will callers know it is AI? Can it sound like me?
It identifies itself as an automated assistant. The default is a distinct voice, not a clone of you or us. A custom cloned voice is a separately quoted add-on after the trial and requires the voice owner’s consent. It still must disclose that it is automated.
What about recording, transcripts and privacy?
We agree on disclosure, consent, access and retention before activation. Recording or transcription must follow the requirements applicable to your calls; a generic greeting is not a legal-compliance guarantee. We scope the workflow to avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information. Ask us to walk through the proposed data handling before starting.
What if it gets something wrong, or the call is urgent?
AI can misunderstand, miss a call or give a wrong answer. We limit it to approved information, test fallback routing and require human confirmation of prices and appointments. This is not an emergency service or a safety-monitoring system. Immediate danger belongs with 911 or the appropriate local emergency service, not this assistant.
Does it book jobs, text customers or make outbound sales calls?
Not as part of this standard intake offer. A request is not a confirmed appointment. SMS, outbound campaigns and custom booking integrations are excluded and would need separate scoping, permissions and testing. There is no promise of instant texts, automatic sales or guaranteed response times.
What does it cost, and what happens after the trial?
Seven days or 50 connected AI-call minutes, whichever comes first, once the pilot scope and routing are ready. There is no setup or subscription charge during the trial. If you continue: $599 / month, including 500 connected AI-call minutes per month, plus $1,000 one-time setup. Connected minutes include conversation and silence while the AI is on the call. Additional usage is $0.50 per minute only within a budget you approve. At the agreed limit, new calls follow your agreed fallback unless you approve more usage. Usage measurement and fallback controls must be tested before activation. New-customer pricing in USD. Existing purchased plans and their agreed terms stay unchanged. Setup, support scope, usage, and fallback are agreed in writing before activation.
Can I try it today? How long does setup take?
We are preparing the new real-time experience with Chimpipi as the first pilot. Customer rollout follows real-call testing; this page has an illustration, not a live calling demo. Timing depends on your provider, approved business information, routing, data handling and fallback tests. We agree a realistic start date rather than promise same-day activation.
Product one
Grok Bot setup. Then we teach you.
Grok Bot is not our product. We set it up on the tools you already live in — email, texts, your calendar, your books, your files, your Google listing — give it a few office jobs, then sit with the owner until you can run it. This is a one-time setup. It is not a monthly receptionist.
Jobs it can run
Morning brief
A 6:30 a.m. rundown before the truck rolls: new leads, today's jobs, quotes with no reply, anything waiting on a yes.
Quote follow-up
A quote sits two days with no reply, and it drafts the follow-up in your voice. Day seven, again.
Missed-call follow-up
Bring the missed-call details into Grok Bot and draft a follow-up for the owner to review. Sending and booking still wait for your approval; an automatic connection is separate scope.
Invoice reminders
Reads what's past due in your books and drafts the reminder. It never sends one on its own or records a payment.
Bills coming in
A vendor invoice lands in email, and it pulls the vendor, amount, and due date into a draft bill. It does not pay.
Reviews and closeout
When a job is marked done, it drafts the review request and files the job photos in a folder named for the address.
Your Google listing
Drafts replies to new reviews and flags the questions nobody answered.
Parts and vendors
An order with no delivery date gets a “where is it” email drafted before it holds up the job.
It drafts. You tap send. Anything that goes to a customer, pays a bill, or changes the schedule waits for your yes.
One-time setup
$1,000
once
What this includes
- We connect the accounts that matter — email, calendar, your books, your files, your Google listing
- We set up its first jobs with you, on real work from the shop
- We write the rules for what it must ask before it does: send, pay, delete, or move a customer
- We show the owner how to run Grok Bot as their assistant
What this is not
- Grok Bot itself — that is not a Chimpipi product
- A bot that sends or pays without you
- A monthly receptionist
Smaller teaching sessions
Smaller teaching options under the $1,000 setup, not a second product. Starting numbers we can change.
A short session
About $200
What this includes
- Teaching only
- Sit down, see how you actually work, and leave able to use Grok Bot on a real task from the shop
What this is not
- The $1,000 setup — connecting your accounts and setting up its jobs
- A second product
A longer session
$500
What this includes
- Teaching only
- More room to walk through the messy parts — the notes you keep in your head — and get the tool aimed at that
What this is not
- The $1,000 setup — connecting your accounts and setting up its jobs
- A second product
What we will never tell you
Same rule as the rest of the studio. If we cannot keep the promise, it does not go on the page.
- That the voice agent never misses a call. It can miss one. So can a person.
- That the voice agent is a person. It says it is automated. We will not write copy that pretends otherwise.
- That it replaces 911. Emergencies still go to emergency services.
- That Grok Bot is our product. We connect it and teach you how to use it.
- That the default voice is cloned from ours. It is not. A cloned voice is an add-on, quoted after the free week.
Tell us how the shop actually runs.
Send the business name and which of the two you want — Grok Bot setup, the voice agent, or both. No pressure, no jargon.
